Welcome to the March Market Roundup.
I’m filming today from the City Vista apartments, and I am in one of the glorious skyline apartments available for your purchase now. Let’s start with McDowall. They were 10 recorded sales and with the highest being $805,000 in Nicholas St. and that was 20% higher than previous record sales for the area. Currently, there are 17 available properties in McDowall at the day of filming.
For Stafford Heights, again also records sales with the Wyman St. sale selling $839,000 again well over 20% higher than the previous best prices for that little pocket. In Stafford Heights, there are 23 available properties and that’s slightly down on last month.
And for Stafford, there were 7 recorded sales and again record sales in Sheehy St. and Kankool. Both recording well into $800,000, again over 20% increased from previous best sale. Stafford is consistently had a lot of properties for sale and right now we’ve got 37 on the market that does include the few units as well. For sales in March, Stafford recorded 7 sales and the highest being for Kankool St. and in Sheehy St. both selling well into the $800,000. Good process in being achieved in those pockets.
And in closing, Everton Park 16 recorded sales with the Gordon Pd property achieving $752,000 so a record for that street. And there are currently 72 available properties in Everton Park.
In City Vista we’ve got tHicks Real Estatee styles of apartments. The Skyline Apartments, have City and Green Views. Over tHicks Real Estatee levels with a double garage, tHicks Real Estatee bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Really lovely appointments throughout.
The two bedroom units, there’s a real opportunity for people interested in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartments brand new, really nicely appointed. Ground level ones start at $419,000, and the top level ones with City and Green vista are priced at $459,000.
The third style of apartment here at City Vista are the garden homes, tHicks Real Estatee bed, two and a half bathrooms, and double garage and they all sold out. So theres lots to choose from in a four or five post code?
