Wonderful Feedback

This was a wonderful email that I received the other day, and is a testament to the way the Hicks Real Estate team are prepared to go to great lengths to support our clients.

Hi Madeleine,

I am not a current client of yours but wanted to share some feedback with you regarding one of your staff members Marie Stead.

I met Marie a few weeks ago at a property your business had just taken over rental management for – 5/29 Buller Street Everton Park.

Marie was out the front speaking with the owner and I approached them to discuss an ongoing issue I had with vacating the property and the past rental managers, Harcourts. At the time I was quite emotional and frustrated with bond release issues I was facing (as I had just vacated the premises). Marie handled the situation with empathy and professionalism and I have no doubt is an asset to your team.

I felt the need to contact you because I have met you before on a few occasions in parent forums at Everton Park High School and other local community events. I have been a small business owner myself and recognise quality staff, I appreciate the work you do in the community and think you should be made aware of great customer service any of your staff may be providing (as more often than not only poor feedback is shared).

As I mentioned I am not a current client of your business, but in the future when looking for another property to rent or buy, thanks to Marie your agency is now first on my list to assist me with my needs.

I wish you good will in the future and congratulate you on building a team of caring professionals within an industry which often isn’t seen in a positive light in the general community.
